Finding out more quickly what works.
- Rapid prototyping
- Stereolithography in 24-hour service
- Selective laser sintering
- Rapid tooling
- Vacuum moulding with silicone and epoxy resin tools
The main principle in our development work is technical feasibility. We thus carry out accompanying rheological studies as early as possible, which facilitate reliable statements about the process stability and produce an important corrective with regard to the design of moulds suitable for plastic.
Within 24 hours after the latest optimisation of records, you get a first prototype of the desired component as a stereo lithography in order to examine the design, handling and functionality in complex assemblies. And since we do not like surprises, worst-case studies on the basis of a tool prototype complete the development of each component. Later, the data which have been obtained guide the tool design. That’s what we mean by complete data consistency.
